Emails aren't even hitting our mail filter so I have no way to troubleshoot why they aren't working correctly, would it be possible to have a phone call regarding this issue? Please let me know. Thanks!

I would like to inform you that we currently do not have support over phone. We will be assisting you with your issue over the forum.
As for the emails not coming through, I checked your form and I can see that you have two recipients. It appears that the email address joe.cugini@craft*********ny.com was added to the bounce list, which may be why you are not receiving any email notifications there. I have now removed the address from the bounce list so you should receive the next notifications successfully.
