I cant seem to receive emails from your system, ive talked to my email provider, we added you to the safe sender list and there is still nothing. Please help. you can send an email to my IT person about this problem as i probably wont be able to receive it. firstname.lastname@example.orgPage URL:

Did you test your form by sending a test submission? I did check your account and you seems to have not received any submissions in this entire month.
I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have set the email field of your form as the "Recipient Email" of your email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
That is the reason why you do not receive any submission email form your form. The notification email alert you have added actually works as form auto-responder.
I will suggest you to please go ahead and add a new email alert and set the recipient email to any desired email id. The following guides should help you:
