Email duplicado

    Pessoal

    Por favor, preciso da ajuda de vocês.

    Meu cliente informou que está recebendo o email do formulário abaixo, triplicado e está configurado corretamente, por favor, o que está ocorrendo, ou o que estou fazendo de errado ?

    Hi,

    I checked your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/60236953758970 and I see that there were multiple Notification E-mail setup on the form.

    Since there were multiple Notifier that were meant to be sent upon form submission, it is only normal that the intended recipients will receive multiple email notice as well.

    If you need them to only receive 1 notification every time, then, just assign only 1 Notification E-mail on the form. 

    OR

    If you need to use multiple Notification, make sure that each Recipient E-mail is different.
