Set shipping price per item quantity - PayPal payment form

I only have one last question about my PayPal payment form!

I set the shipping per item, 1set 4 dollar for the first item and 1.50 per additional item but its only applying for an individual item.

if they order 2 small it works but if they order 1 medium and one large it charges 4.00 per shirt.

any way to fix this. I need it to applie to the entire order

The shipping rate is calculated for each individual categories, not the whole. That means, if someone choose 1 small and 1 large, it is still calculated as one item for the shipping.

What you could do is set a flat shipping rate instead, if you want to charge the customer $4 only when one item in any of the categories is selected.
