I am trying to increase the file upload size on the form attached. Every time I save it it reverts back to the default size.

    Can you please explain how to get the increased size to remain.

    I cannot reproduce this problem. I tried it and it was saved as expected. It does not reset back to the default max file size.

    Are you still experiencing this problem?

    Example:

    I can see that you have few file upload fields in your form. Please ensure that you have changed all of them before saving the form.

    Yes, we are still experiencing the problem. It saves and then reverts back to 1024.

    I have inspected your form and you have 11 file upload fields. Only first field on which Allow Multiple options is turned ON is set to 1024. I have changed Max File Size of that field to 10024 and I was able to save form without any issues. After that I have logged our from your account and logged back in. Change I made was saved.

    After that I have tested your form and I successfully uploaded two files, 5MB each, to your form.

    I have also cleared form cache on your account. 

    If you want to have some other Max File Size for that field and you are unable to change it, please tell us with size you want to allow and we will change it for you.

    Thanks for the assistance. When I logged in just now to look at it I still saw 1024. Should it show the 10024 you entered?

    I have logged in to your account again and Max File Size of your upload field is still 10024, like I entered. It was not changed back to 1024, on my end. I have also check properties of that field and Max File Size is 10024 there as well.

    Can you please try to use some other browser or try with incognito mode. You can also try to use some other device. 

    Also test your form to see if you are able to upload file larger than 1 MB.
