I am not receiving emails at my email address whenever I receive a submission through my form. The submissions show up in JotForm, but are not sent to my email. I did try the test and I do receive the test emails from JotForm, but still not the actual email submissions.
I prepared several 5 forms for our office the other day it was working then yesterday, I started to submit and nothing is received in our emails. pls help us.

It seems that your email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the email notifications of your form. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next notifications successfully.
