Why only one entry is allowed in my form?

Hi, I created a free account then created a form, then embedded it in an HTML page and tested it. It worked fine first time but on the second test I got a message telling me I could only use the form once. Why is that? I checked what is provided with a free account and it allows more than one submission, but doesn't mention anything about what I have just experienced.

I haven't included a URL because it is in a secure folder and you won't get access.

    Thanks

    Barry

    Hello Barry,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form and found that you have set the "Unique Submission" as "Check Cookies only". That is the reason why you are unable to submit your form more than once. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that "Use Cookies(Loose Check)" as unique submission will only allow form to be submitted only once per browser.

Please disable the "Unique Submission" by selecting "No Check" and that should solve your problem.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
