Required field info is not being emailed to me

On my June 11th form I have "how many in your party?" as a required field- however when results are emailed to me, it doesn't show on the PDF.  I need this info, is there another way to find it? And how do I fix it?

Can you share to us the URL of your form that have the issue? Also, if the form is embedded on a website share the URL of the website also so that we can check the actual form in used.

Most of the common reason for failed required validation failing on embedded form is due to script conflict. If the form was emebdded on a website using its script, there is possibility of script clashing between the form and those in the website.

You can also try re-embedding the form on the website using its iframe embed instead.

I have inspected form you provided and your field "How many in your party?" is hidden, so your users did not saw that field on your form and they were not able to enter data. 

The reason your field is hidden is because of the conditions that you have set inside of your form. Your field "How many in your party?" is conditional, however your other conditional fields are deleted from your form and because of that your conditions for "How many in your party?" field stop working.

You need to delete or disable conditions for fields that are deleted from your form or set them correctly for the fields that exist on your form.
