I would like to create the form that upload image.

    I would like to create the form that target for the Mobile user. 

    user need to take the photo of document using smartphone and direct upload to the form. 

    Could this Jotform have to function to do just like this ? user just grab the phone and take photo and then this taken photo uploaded to the form.

    Hello rackmanager,

    In general process, users can upload files such as images straight from their mobile phones. By clicking the upload button, they simply will be prompted of what file to upload.

    In order for your form to have the capacity to receive files, you should add an upload filed to it.
