Unfortunately, I can't see the "Register" button you're referring to. What program are you using when you created this website?
I looked into the source code of your webpage and I didn't see any embedded JotForm on it. You can paste the script code in the section where you want it to appear. You can also use iframe method to avoid script conflicts.
