Deleting the submissions

bom dia, recebi um emial dizendo que 4.821 submissões armazenados na minha conta. 

Como faço para limpar? isto afeta o recebimento dos meus pedidos?

You need to delete the other submissions. You can only have 500 submissions in your storage. Please keep an eye on your total submissions and delete them whenever you can. You'll receive a warning email about this once you'll reach the total of 450 submissions. Here's a guide on How-To-Delete-Submissions-and-Keep-the-Form.

Please export them so that you have a back up of the submissions. You can export them to an excel file, here' a guide: How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
