Hi, I heard back from Jonathan but he was looking at the wrong website for my form. The form on my website http://www.gwbmtg.com/ is a bit responsive but not the best. The fields are tiny. Is there any way we can make the fields all stack on top of one another? I have attached a screenshot on how the form currently looks on mobile. Thanks!

If I understood you correctly, you would like that each field is in new line when your form is viewed on mobile device. To achieve that you need to add Mobile responsive widget to your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to add widgets to your form:

After you add Mobile responsive widget, your form should look like this on mobile deceives.
