Anyhow, regarding your concern, height of forms generally speaking automatically adjusts which is why there is very little information to how the height adjusts. But there are instances where it requires to be adjusted specifically but this really depends on the webpage where the form is placed.
If you need some assistance on how to adjust a height of a form on a website, , it would be great if you can provide us more information on to which form you need the height adjusted and to which page.

my emails from clients as soon as immediate after filling in a jot form
since I've tried sending myself an email and it kind of delay.

Yes, you can receive email notifications from every form submission that you receive from your form. Normally this is automatically generated the moment you create your form. But you can customize and create more than one if you like.
