Why did all of my conditions get deleted?

I've been saving the entire time, and have used these conditional requirements. I sign in today, and they're all gone!!!

What can I do!?!?

I have checked the form in your account and found some conditions there: 

Conditions on your form can be deleted only if you edited the form, there is no a way that they get deleted without any action, you may check the history on your form and find changes made on it, you may also restore your form to a version where all conditions were there, here is the guide to do it: How-to-view-form-revision-history

If you still think there is an issue, please take some screenshots of the current conditions and then if you find that there are some missing, provide us a screenshot of both before and after the issue, we will be glad to further check your form. 

If you have shared your login credentials with someone else then it may be a reason why you're seeing changes on your form, if you have shared it with a sub-user account or if you're a sub-user account then it could be a reason why you are seeing changes on your form.
