I used a template to create a form, but the link is disabled.

    I can pull it up in my saved forms, but when I email the link, it says it is disabled.

    Collection of credit card or banking details is considered a phishing activity and is strictly forbidden by our terms:

    The only way to receive payments through your forms is by using one of our existing payment tools, which integrate in a fully PCI DSS compliant way with the payment processor of that tool:

    In order to have your account reactivated, please make sure to remove the currently existing credit card related form fields from your form. If you want to receive payments through your JotForm forms, then please make sure to set up one of the available payment tools as described in the above linked guides.

    Ok, thank you.  I removed the payment request.  How soon will my account be reactivated?
