I used a template to create a form, but the link is disabled.Asked by Kamace on June 11, 2016 at 09:03 PM
I can pull it up in my saved forms, but when I email the link, it says it is disabled.
Your form is asking for credit card details, such as depicted in the following image:
Collection of credit card or banking details is considered a phishing activity and is strictly forbidden by our terms:
The only way to receive payments through your forms is by using one of our existing payment tools, which integrate in a fully PCI DSS compliant way with the payment processor of that tool:
In order to have your account reactivated, please make sure to remove the currently existing credit card related form fields from your form. If you want to receive payments through your JotForm forms, then please make sure to set up one of the available payment tools as described in the above linked guides.
Ok, thank you. I removed the payment request. How soon will my account be reactivated?
Your account is now reactivated. Your forms should now be back online. Kindly check.
