All of my text boxes shrank to the size of a 0 without me touching the form.

I just noticed when I went in to edit a header on my form that the text boxes have shrunk to the size of a 0. I know you can typically utilize the settings tab to adjust the width of the box but this option is no longer available. Even the presets like Full Name, Phone Number, etc. are tiny. Help!

I did check your form's revision history and found your most recent / last revision has actually caused this issue. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "Revision History" feature and revert back your form to earlier version. That should solve your problem.
