If you wish to do tracking for your jotform(s) then I would suggest adding one of our tracking widgets to your form(s) to allow that ability.

Is it enough to put pixel code in the header or in the body of the http://www.seo-consult.info/besplatna-analiza.html? Facebook will be able to monitor the entrances, asking because want to do retargeting for those audience?

I believe the Facebook Pixel code is explained better on this article: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755.
Unfortunately, you cannot add the pixel based code and event code directly on JotForm, we do not allow script injection on the form. Unless you embed the form using it's full source code where you can embed the event code directly.
If your purpose is to monitor your website and their pages, then it's enough to add the pixel based code on your <head> tags and have the event code inside <body> of your pages.
I suggest checking the link provided by my colleague, here it is: https://widgets.jotform.com/category/analytics. One of the famous tracking widget that you can use is the Google Analytics widget, you just need to add it in your form and it should give you detailed analytics inside the form itself. You can add a widget by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
I hope that helps.
