We are trying to understand how our needs align with your pricing model.  To help make the best decision, can you explain the concepts of the 'submission' vs. 'storage space needs' vs. 'form views?'

    Thanks,

    Todd

    Hello Todd,

Form Views - When a user view your form through a link or on the page where it is embedded, that is counted as form view. You can get more information here https://www.jotform.com/blog/191-Announcing-Pricing-Modification-Form-View-Limits.

Submissions - When a user submits the form, that is counted as a submission.

Total Submission Storage - This is basically the total number of submissions made into your forms. For free users, you can store up to 500 submissions in your account. If you have 600 submissions in your account, the most recent 500 submissions will be kept and the older 100 submissions will be deleted. However, you can always backup or download all your form submissions
