Can a form be viewed & signed by multiple parties?

Do you want that same form is signed by multiple parties and to have one submission with multiple signatures? 

To achieve that you would need to add multiple signature fields to your form. You can use E-Signature widget or Smooth Signature widget. Inside of this guide you can find how to add widgets to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
