Our account was disable due to a client that uploaded a bunch of large files.
This is not a normal occurrence for us so I do not want to upgrade to a different plan.
I would have seen that they were deleted but I was out of town the last three days.
Please advise as we need this back up for clients to upload.

The space is used by the 'File Upload Form' which is currently located under the Archive folder.
I would like to suggest opening submissions, downloading the files and then removing old submissions to clear some space.
In the meantime we have re-activated your account.
