Form is not sending email

    We have a JotForm on our website for customers to request quotes from and it is not sending the requests.

    It appears that your email address info@*********usa.com was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving the email notifications. I have now removed the address from the bounce list so you should receive the next notifications successfully.
