How can I make a form letter with a search box to access my google drive. I'm trying to make a letter to send to my residents as violation notice, the violations are recorded through jotform and saved to my google drive. is there someway to make a form so I can search the violations and then link or add them at the end of the letter.

Not sure what you need. Do you want to add like text in your forms to show terms? If yes, you can use a Text field, you can find it under Basic field:
And enable this to show in your PDF submissions:
