How come my form doesn't show up on my website anymore?

Also, I had trouble getting to your website to edit my site.

I have checked your website and did not find any JotForm embedded on it, could you please provide us the exact link where you're trying to embed the form? 

I have also checked your account and it is fine.

Could you please provide us more details about this, I'm not sure if with "edit my site" you're referring to edit your forms, but please let us know more details and we will be glad to help you. 

You can't find a Jotform because I deleted it and I'm trying to reembed it. It won't work. I've tried manually typing codes, copy and paste codes, etc. It will not link to your pages/forms. But it doesn't matter what the exact link is, it still won't connect to the form.

I see that the form is linked directly on the web page. If you want to embed the form on your web page, you can get the form embed code from the publish wizard and use this code on your web page to display the form.

Tried that, it doesn't work. That's why I tried just to link it. If you click on that link, you'll notice that it doesn't get you anywhere. I'm trying to find another form builder company as we speak.

Can you please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue? Please also try using another device to see if the form is still not seen there. If the issue still persists, do let us know.
