Upgrading of JotForm and lost information

    I've only just been forwarded the emails regarding downloading the information prior to the requirement to upgrade (the emails go to a centralised inbox and the Administrator took thought the emails were spam and was deleting them, until the 'account disabled' email was received!). 

    Is there anyway I can retrieve the lists built up, which should have been downloaded previously?

    I am not exactly sure what was deleted. Did you deleted your email Notifications that you received when your form were submitted? 

    If email were deleted from your trash folder it is not possible to recover them. However you can still view submissions that you received on submission page of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-and-Export-Form-Submissions

    You can also download all of your data on Data page of your account.
