Terms and conditions now showing on form

    Hello, 

    I'm creating a jot form and using the terms and conditions widget.  After I embed the form on my website, the terms and conditions does now show.  Any help on this would be great.

    I have checked your embedded form and was able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    Please try to re-embed your form with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
