What are the benefits associated with paid subscription plan in JotForm?

    What are the benefits associated with paying for the use of the forms? For example I had no idea that the form wasn’t working and for how long it hasn’t been working so I may have lost several potential applicants because of it. If we paid for the service does someone monitor the form to ensure it’s always up and running? I think I fixed the issue myself by the way.

    At JotForm, every single user (yes, even free!) has complete access to all of our features. Purchase the plan that is right for your needs, depending on how many form submissions, file upload space, and sub-users that you require.

    For example I had no idea that the form wasn’t working and for how long it hasn’t been working so I may have lost several potential applicants because of it.

    The form by default have Notification E-mail attached to them. So if the form have issue, most likely you will not be receiving the notification email as well. That is one way you can monitor if there is something amiss on your form/s.

    If we paid for the service does someone monitor the form to ensure it’s always up and running?
