We have several users that are getting put on your bounce list daily. These are people that have never had an issue before now.
We use Office365 for email and I have even added the jotform.com domain to our whitelist.
Is it possible to see the bounced message's header so I can figure out why they are getting bounced?

celeste.sommers@americomtech.com (removed from bounce list a few minutes ago)
terrence.riffle@americomtech.com (currently on bounce list)

Did you try white-listing all our domain names? If not, please do so, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
· jotform.com
· email.amazonses.com
· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
Make sure to remove the email recipient from bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
