Please note that the submissions in the Excel file should match the columns provided in the Import submissions app as mentioned in the guide Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm. We can give a try if you send us the excel file to support@jotform.com. Please make sure that you have the subject line as "Support Forum - 870326" and let us know here once you sent us the email so that we can take a look.
