submissions not going to email

    I'd like to know why I'm not receiving submissions for my form

    The email is contact@t*****a.com and je*****@t*****a.com

    Only contact@t*****a.com was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    I have now white-listed it. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
