I am not receiving (nor anyone else added to "recipients") notification emails when someone fills out the form. I have checked spam, but nothing.
I have checked your form and I can see emails are being sent as normal, here is a log for a test submission that I have sent:

I can see you're using PayPal in your form, I would suggest you to enable the incomplete payment notification for your forms this way you will know when there is an incomplete payment, currently if there is no a payment, simply you will not be notified, here is the guide: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail
You may also enable IPN in your PayPal account so you will be notified as soon as you receive payments as well: How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
