Stuck on "please wait" after clicking submit button

I have integrated my jot form on my website and use mail chimp to email my clients.  When I click on the mail chimp button to take me to my website where the jot form is and fill out the form and hit the submit button for payment (I use paypal), all I get is "please wait."  it doesn't take me to the paypal account for processing payment.  I don't know if I'm doing something wrong :(

I was able to replicate your issue. I wasn't able to submit the form. It is stuck on the 'Please wait..' message.

Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. It is possible that the scripts on your web page are having conflicts with the scripts on the form.
