How to Change the Map Address Using JotForm Contact Form with Google Maps?

Once I embeddded the code for my webpage, I realized it's just a static image, but an image showing Berkeley, CA. How do you change the image and/or make it an interactive map users can click on (even if redirected to Google Maps.com)?

This is because you're using currently an image, I would suggest you to add a widget to show the map so your users can interact with it.
