JotForm Weebly App: Unable to connect JotForm

    I contacted the Weebly support team about this issue and they confirmed the App is not connecting properly.  They told me to contact you directly:  

    From Weebly:  I attempted to connect it myself and there does seem to be some sort of hangup with that app.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to support elements added from the App Center, as they are built by third party developers. You will be able to get help directly from the developer by visiting the page for this specific app in the App Center.

    The Problem:  


    I have selected the JotForm app, but every time I click CONNECT to activate the app, it takes me to the JotForm website and does not connect.


    Can you please help me get this app to actually Connect to our site: We have not published the site yet but once the site is created, we will connect this to our existing domain name. Not sure if that is part of the problem. I am logged in as PJ LoPresti, the site owner. I was instructed via the chat just 10 minutes ago that this was the problem, but the app will still not connect and allow me to use it. Thank you!. Please send a response to, as I am one of the Admiinistrators and I can't access PJ's email for the response.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the problem but only briefly. I was still able to connect JotForm app to Weebly by simply removing JotForm and re-connecting it. 

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Please do also make sure that you already have an existing JotForm account and is already login on the same browser before connecting the app to your Weebly website.

    Please also do try a different browser and see if it works there.
