Why can't I submit the form embedded in WordPress website?Asked by felocarp on June 30, 2016 at 12:55 PM
I have embedded the code for jotform on my WordPress.com site. The form appears. When the submit button is clicked I just get a "please wait" and it does nothing else.
Also, when embedding the code in the text option in WordPress as soon as I hit update it disappeared. By adding " " before and after the embed code the form appeared, but will not connect back to jotform.
Could you please try embedding the form via IFrame embed method? You can read about the IFrame embed method here.
We'll wait for your response.
I have same problem.
With IFrame and Embed do not work.
I have moved your report to another thread, this is in order to avoid confusion, it can be reached on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/873976
We will assist you there as soon as possible.
