I thought I had downloaded my forms but now I can't find them.

I know the storage space is going to be limited, but I thought I could download older forms to save them. Is that true?

Yes, we allowed a month for accounts that were over limit to download older submissions before the excess were removed.  Several notifications were sent to the address associated with you account.

I believe your data has not yet been fully removed and upgrading to a "Storage" account should restore anything that has been limited.  You can then  download the previous data:

The same process will also download all your current data.
