Cannot Edit Form

    Hello,

     

    My Account login is edmondchan@youyoumob.com, after I logging into the Jotform, I can see there have 3 forms created, but when I press edit form button, it only provide me a blank screen.

     

    Also found that 2 forms are unavailable to access from outside, please help to check, thanks.

    Hi Edmond,

    We had a brief temporary issue on our end earlier. But our backend team were able to revert immediately and had resolve the issue.

    I cleared the form cache on your account/username youyouwifi  and I currently could not find issue withi it. I could open and access your forms as well.

    Can you please retry again at this time. You can login again at https://www.jotform.com/login and test your forms.

    Do let us know if the issue still persist.
