Why email notifications are not working?

Hi, I created a form and set it up email notification. I tested the form a number of times and everything seemed to work fine: the people who should have received notifications did.

It also worked fine for the first actual submission. My colleague and I were both notified (I hope the submitter also was but I haven't verified.). I was not notified on the next 3 submissions, however - although my colleague was. I went back into the form to check settings. Everything looks fine and I was able to receive the test notification just fine.

    Ideas?

    Hello aecfleap,

Thank you for posting your inquiry. However, it is unclear what your concern is about with just the title 'email notifications'. Can you please share with us more information about this concern?

    Thanks.

Sorry. Didn't realize I started a post - thought I was searching. I edited the post to include my question.

Thank you for providing us more details.

One of the reasons why emails are not send is because the recipient is in our bounce list; however, I have checked your email addresses and I can see they are not in our bounce list.

Also, I have tested your form and I can see the email was successfully sent, please see this screenshot from the email log:

You can also check your email history by following the steps on this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

I would suggest you to also check your spam and junk folders, sometimes emails are there, if possible, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses so if there is a security filter then our addresses will be allowed to reach the email recipient: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Do note also that when you click the "Test Email" button in the email wizard, it sends the notification to the email address set in the account.

Please try following this advice and let us know how it goes.

Why are our e-mails on bounce list. This is second time in a week? Who put them on bounce list- You?

We have not added your recipients to bounce list. They automatically go when your email rejects the notifications. Have you tried white-listing our domain names?

If haven't, whitelist our domain names as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.

    Here are our domain names:

    - us-sub1.jotservers.com

    - us-sub2.jotservers.com

    - aws-sub1.jotservers.com

    - aws-sub2.jotservers.com

    - us-app2.jotservers.com

    - jotservers.com

    - jotmails.com

    - jotform.com

    - amazonses.com

    - email.amazonses.com

    - *.smtp-out.amazonses.com

    - jotform.co

    - secure.jotform.co

    - s3.amazonaws.com

    - static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
