I'm looking for an auto add field set feature or a way to do it like Education & References section of Cognito Forms' Employment Application: https://www.cognitoforms.com/forms/build?template=16
Is that possible with Jotform? -

I have checked the link you shared, but I was unable to see the functionality, but from what I can see it allows you to hide fields by default, so they will never show up in the form, it also seems to allow you to hide fields based on another action.
Both of those functionalities are available at JotForm, to hide a field by default in a form you only need to click on the field, then click on the gear icon and click on the option "Hide Field":
To hide a field based on another field's answer you can do it with conditions, here is a guide with detailed steps to do it: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
However, if you're looking for something else, please let us know, we will be glad to help you.

veritywebReplied on July 10, 2016 at 10:46 AMThanks but that's not the way the form works. I don't want to hide
anything. I want the the person using the form to be able to add more
fieldsets for the sections where they may have more information than other
people.
The form I provided the link for allows the person completing the form to
add more schools and references as they need. So, if they attended 4
schools they can add 3 more schools and enter the information for each
school. If they have 16 references, they can add as many as they need
without me having to create 16 Name, Address fieldsets for References which
would make the form way too long for most users!
Take a look a this plugin to see what I mean:

You can use any of the following widgets for dynamic fields:

Here's our guide on how to add a widget in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
