My autoresponder email is not working

Hello,

Since my, Auto Responder isn't working and god knows I tried to fix it? Can I use my Notifier as an Auto Responder to people who buy my stuff?

People buy my eBooks and the Auto Responder sends my ebook to them. Not working? What alternative do I have?

It seems that you own a domain name. Please try to setup an SMTP in the form to send your autoresponder email.

Basically, use a custom sender in the form. Make sure to ask your form submitters to add your own email to their safe sender or contact list. 

I would also suggest asking your submitters to check their spam folder to see if th email is there. Tell them that you are sending from Jotform using noreply@jotform.com.
