    Gear & properties button not working

    Hi,

    I use the "gear", properties button a lot to duplicate. It is now not working. Nothing happens when i click on it. Why is this?

    Hello MYBIGBUDDY,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to click on the gear icon and click on the edit properties option. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Which browser are you using and having issues with? I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache or use firefox browser and see if that solves your problem.

    Thank you. I have cleared both the jotform cache and the browser cache and i still cannot do it. The gear works on the lines i have across the page, but not on the text boxes. I can see you can do it but I cannot! And i have always done so. Any other suggestions please?

    Hello Jill,

    Sorry to hear that clearing browser cache does not help you. Please let us know which browser you are using. Can you please use any other browser and see if that helps you?

    Ctrl+Shift+N - Chrome

    Ctrl+Shift+P - Firefox
