Can you explain better than this?
I have two forms, the same forms from a long time, few people visit or use the order form. I don't understand why last week it was ok but now "This form has exceeded its allocated quota". Only 2 accesses in the form in one month. Can you explain to me please?

The Free plan has a limit of 100MB storage space. Your account already has 475.90MB of upload space which is why it is on overlimit status.

I suggest you upgrading to Bronze plan that has 10GB of storage space. Please check our pricing page for more details.

If you don't want to upgrade then you can just delete the submissions that has attachments to free up your storage space. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
