How can I see submissions or edit a shared form?

    1.A colleague has developed a form on my behalf and shared it with me but it seems I can't see submissions or generally be in control of the form?

    2.Using his log in details I can do this. However I can't seem to search submissions? If I want to find a submission from a particular customer it seems I have to scroll through every submission. Is there a search facility?

    3.Is there a way of creating custom reports choosing the fields we want to see in that report

    I have checked the shared form and I can see you've access to view submissions and edit the form:

    I have checked it and indeed submissions data is showing there, form is showing in the Form Builder as well. 

    Could you please confirm this?
