PDF options for forms - a file that actually resembles the form

    Is there a way that a user submitting a form can receive a receipt of said form that looks just like the online component?

     

    Currently the only options I've seen are either to add a print button to the page to page and ask the user to print and then save as PDF instead

     

    OR

     

    The existing PDF receipt option in jotform which shows a table of information received from the form but not anywhere near visually close to the form itself.

     

    Are there any other options?

    Unfortunately those are only two options, to add Print button to your form or to send them PDF report of their form submission via Auroresponder email. 

    You can customize your PDF report inside of PDF Designer, but it is not possible to customize it to look exactly like the form.

    Only other option is that you Print the form with user data and then to send your users PDF report that you created.
