Where has my form gone?

I am new to JotForm and spent a lot of time creating a form yesterday. It was saved, I had tested it and it was working great but I hadn't published it yet. When I returned to continue working on it today, all my work was gone and I'm left with a blank form with only the heading. This is unacceptable as the hours I spent creating it have been completely wasted!!!!!

I see that you have 3 forms in your account. Can you tell us which form is it that you're referring to?

In any case, you can check your form's revision history in order to revert back to a version which you have saved before the matter happened.
