Hi Guys,
A Jot Form I have created doesn't appear to be sending properly to our helpdesk.
This is bizarre as the form in question was cloned from another Jot Form (which I have confirmed is working correctly)
Although the content in the form itself is different, the email settings are largely the same.
The Jot Form in question is: https://form.jotformeu.com/61944922115354Regards

I have checked the email address you're using in your form and I can see it is in our bounce list, here is the reason for that:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have removed it from there and tested your form, I can see it works fine now.
I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to properly set up your email notifications and avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
You can also check and remove an email address from the bounce list on your end, here is the guide that will help you with that: How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
If possible, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link with this info: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Hope this helps.
