Can a user fill out the same form twice? & Can you upload more than one image?

We are a property management company.  We are going to use JotForm for our residents to let us know the condition of the property when they move in and then again what it is like when they move out.  This form will have two columns: one for condition when they move in and one for condition when they move out.  Ideally, they submit the condition of the property on January 1 when they move in.  They are planning to move out on July 31st so we send them the same form and they mark the condition of it again in the second column.  Is this possible?

The second question is can you upload more than one image?  I saw some on answers on the discussion board saying this was possible but I cannot find how to do it.  Do you need to be on a paid account?

    Thank so much!

The only way to allow for users to return to their forms to update their specific submission would be to send them an edit submission link in the autoresponder:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

That same link can be manually recreated at a later time.  The following thread describes how to do so:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/356107-How-to-elaborate-the-Edit-Link-for-existing-submissions

Any account can allow multiple file uploads.

Click on your file upload field, then enable the "Allow Multiple" option.
