    Will email notifications appear like the filled forms?

    Form Result Emails will those appear just like the form input? That is what we are looking for please advise asap thank you

    The email template is different from the form design. Here is an example of our standard email style.

    Note, that the email template is editable.

    Also, there is a workaround available if you would like to print submission data with your form style.

    We need the form email to look exactly as the form the user fills out, is
    this possible with JotForm. If so please provide a how-to tutorial thank

    Just like what my colleague Mike said, the email notification can be customized to your liking. It means that you can put questions and the "data" provided by the users. Here's a screen capture of the email editor:

    You can also add HTML tags by clicking the "Source Code" button. I checked your email in our database and I only saw a guest account that has no forms on it.
