How can a I create a application system for students, so that they can login to there respective pages and submit there details?

The students should be able to access to there respective pages for knowing there current status and also they could be able to submit documents on the go, and also they could see and edit the documents they had upload. Please let me know soon.

Will not be required to provide login info to fill and access the form. 

You can create your form and provide the link, then you can include the submitted info in an email that would need to be sent the them.
