I have a form made for a contact on my website. However I have not been getting any e-mails from my contacts. People go to my website and fill out the contact form. But that information never gets emailed to me. Why is this? I have an e-mail address on file. Any help would be awesome.
Thanks again, Matt

The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
