How to delete my storage space?

I'm over my limit - but I can't seem to figure out how to delete some of the storage!

Please help!

You need to delete the submissions that has attachments or uploaded files in order to clear up your storage space. Currently, your upload space is at 474.77 MB. You only have 100 MB of upload space for the free plan. I recommend you to upgrade to paid plan to increase your upload space, please check our pricing page for further information.

Here's a guide how to delete submissions:

1. Click the My Forms button, select your form with submission and click the Submissions button.

2. In the Submissions page, you can delete the preview submission by clicking the trash can or you can just delete all submissions at once.

Note: All deleted submission is not recoverable. Please check this guide how to download submissions.

I deleted everything, but it is STILL high!

I think it is images that I have uploaded - but I can't seem to figure out how to delete THOSE files.  Please advice

Before I go en delete the unwanted files, I would like first wish to confirm the form in question. I believe that you issue is with the form

2015 Homer Soda Merchandise Vendor Form

which contains around 287 files

If this is not the form you are having problems, please let us know. Once we know the correct form and the files, we will be glad to remove it for you.

As per your request, the form 2015 Homer Soda Merchandise Vendor Form that has 287 upload files has now been deleted.

I can see that the upload space reduced from 300mb to 90.94mb.
